the Location
Our group is located at Overbury Crescent in New Addington just 100 yards from the tram stop. 
The tram is a very fast service from the centre of Croydon (roughly 12-15 minutes).  Also various bus services from around the estate stop at the bus stop aligned with the tram stop.
